About Buderim 150

Today Buderim 150 is a community based initiative created by the Buderim War Memorial Community Association (BWMCA) to celebrate the 150th Anniversary of Buderim. The BWMCA wanted to mark this milestone with a full calendar year of events and celebrations hosted throughout the Buderim area. Buderim 150 has now developed a number of different events designed to commemorate the history and growth of Buderim over the past 150 years.

Upcoming Events

17 - 20th May - Art Festival at Immanuel College
1st June - History of Buderim Golf Dinner at Headland Golf Club
4th June - Literary Feasting by the Voices on the Coast festival, at Immanuel Lutheran College, 6PM. (Winner of the B150 writing competition will be announced)
4th & 5th June Student days at University of the Sunshine Coast by The Voices on the Coast festival.
10th June - Long Lunch with the Friends of Buderim
17th June - Concert in Memorial Hall 2pm with the Sunshine Coast Concert Band
7th July - Cocktail Party with the Royal Flying Doctors Service
21st July - BUDERIM STREET PARTY hosted by B150
24th July - Grammar Foundation Day at Sunshine Coast Grammar School
